TRUMPF TruMatic TC 6000 L-1300 punch laser machine

TRUMPF TruMatic TC 6000 L-1300 punch laser machine was built in 2010 in Germany by TRUMPF Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH Co. KG. The machine combines punching, laser cutting, threading and forming, enabling comprehensive sheet metal machining in a single work cycle. The use of all these technologies in a single system eliminates the need for additional machining on other machines, reducing machining times and increasing productivity. The TRUMPF TruMatic TC 6000 L-1300 is distinguished by its welded C-shaped design, which guarantees high stability under heavy loads. Its large work table has built-in balls designed for easy positioning of the material during machining. All operations are performed by means of a universal work head, combined with a 2 kW laser. It enables punching holes with a maximum diameter of 76.2 mm, cutting workpieces with a maximum thickness of 8 mm and threading in the M2.5 to M8 range. The linear axes, on the other hand, are equipped with digital, maintenance-free servo drives that ensure high movement dynamics and positioning accuracy. The TruMatic 6000L-1300 punch laser combination machine is operated from an advanced control system based on the SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D controller. It offers intuitive operation, diagnostics functions, teleservice and integration with other production systems via the internet. Extensive equipment includes, among others, a TRUMPF TruFlow 2000 laser source, a waste extraction system and light curtains. The TruMatic TC 6000 L 1300 punch-laser machine weighs approximately 16700 kg.
