MACRI ITALIA PROVAR 6-90 U-D tube bending machine built in 2021 in Italy is designed for fully automatic, precise bending of tubes and profiles with a maximum diameter of 90 mm. The machining process is performed by the machine in 6 numerically controlled axes (X, Y, Z, B1, B2, A) by means of a movable working head with ground gears of superior strength. Each axis is additionally equipped with reliable brushless servomotors, which guarantee excellent dynamics and positioning accuracy throughout its lifetime. The MACRI ITALIA mandrel bending machine is offered with an extensive range of equipment, including top brand components (BOSCH REXROTH, SCHNEIDER, etc.) and innovative 3D software with anti-collision system and automatic workpiece correction. The machine is practically new – it has worked for only 20 hours. The PROVAR 6-90 U-D CNC bending machine weighs approximately 6500 kg.
