Peak Oak Deliveries
For deliveries, we will use our own vehicles or a pallet courier network – for both long distance and short distance. These deliveries are scheduled on a date to suit you.
Being located in the Midlands, we are perfectly positioned to deliver to all areas of the UK. Whether this be an oak flooring delivery to London, oak doors to Dorset or oak skirting to Aberdeen – we can deliver!
Deliveries are kerbside/roadside. The driver, at their discretion, might be able to move the pallet onto your property. Typically however the flooring will require unloading directly from the vehicle. The driver will not take any part of the order into your property.
Small Item Deliveries
For smaller items, such as our hard wax oils, we use the DHL service. These are delivered direct to your destination, with tracking available along the way. These items will also require a signature.
Delivery Policy
Goods remain the property of Peak Oak Ltd until paid for in full. Any goods will not be despatched until full payment has been received.
Cost of delivery is dependant on your location and the weight/quantity of items.
For small item deliveries, unless otherwise stated, we normally aim to despatch within 1 working day. Dependant on size of order, this should take no longer than 3 working days for UK Mainland. Further afield deliveries may result in a longer lead time. The recipient bears all responsibility for any customs charges, import VAT, duties and handling fees.
For larger orders placed over the phone, lead times will be discussed.
Please inspect material, agreeing quality, quantity, and that everything is to our satisfaction prior to signature of goods. We cannot under any circumstances entertain any claims concerning quality or quantity once the vehicle has left the site, and a clear signature has been given.
